Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting independent author Crystal Symone.

All signed books, merchandise, and physical products are processed and shipped directly by the author.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

During book launches, conventions, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through USPS or another major carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Domestic Shipping

Currently shipping within the United States.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist with locating missing shipments.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of signed books and author merchandise, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.
